Usain Bolt makes it look so easy, despite the world class field of 100m sprinters at the Jamaican Championships in Kingston, Jamaica. He won it in a time of 9.86 seconds, easing off the last 10 metres kissing his running kit as he crosses the finish line. It was his fastest time in the world this year, and the world leading time in the 100m. Asafa Powell came in second in a time of 9.97 seconds, with Michael Frater third in 10.02 seconds. Bolt also sealed the double with an easy looking 200m in a time of 20.25 seconds into a -2.5m/s wind. He beat Steve Mullings, second in 20.40 seconds and Marvin Anderson, third in 20.63 seconds.
