It was a Kenyan double as Benson Barus and Agnes Kiprop won their men and women categories respectively.

The wet rainy condition didn’t dampen their running effort as Benson crossed the line in 2:09:07 beating home favorite Italian Ruggero Pertile, while Agnes finished her race in a new course record time of 2:26:22.
