Trans World Sport did a feature on the state of athletics in Sudan. Quite insightful I might add. If you take a look at the video below, they can’t even afford a medicine ball! But instead alternatively used rock boulders for their workout, woah.
The bottomline, don’t take things for granted eh, and appreciate the things that we have. Oh yah, double training sessions is the way to go if you’re up for it!
