What’s up with Sanya Richards-Ross?

Yes it’s Sanya Richards no more but Sanya Richards-Ross. The 400m women’s World Champion got married early this year.

Below is her recent video blog. Take a sneak peek at how a World Class athlete trains, and nurses back from injury. Sanya got injured at the Penn Relays, a quad injury that ruined her early track season.
