The previous edition of World Championships was back in 2007 Osaka Japan. The next one will be in next year 2009, at Berlin Germany. The biennially event is organized by the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) where its possibly smaller only than the Summer Olympic Games, but that doesn’t stop some of the top athletics moments ever seen here at the Championships.
