Isa Phillips post outstanding 48.09s in 400m hurdles at Madrid Grand Prix 2009

Jamaican national champion Isa Phillips posted an outstanding time of 48.09 seconds to win the men’s 400 meter hurdles ahead of countryman Danny McFarlane who was second in a season’s best 48.53 seconds.
