World and junior leading track star, 17-year-old Kirani James, from Grenada did the double at Carifta Games 2010. He destroyed the 200m and 400m field by blazing in 20.76 (ninth fastest of the year) and 45.02 seconds respectively for his Under-20 event. The University of Alabama freshman sprinter claimed his second 200/400m double crown in three years.
