Photo by Albertus teolog Granadian Kirani James who is a freshman at University of Alabama smashes the 400 meter 10-year school record of 46.46s held by Cori Loving, and also sets the world’s fastest 400 meter time in his indoor season at the Meyo Invitational at the Loftus Center last Saturday.
With the 45.79 seconds timing, James earned the event individual title with a NCAA automatic qualifying time. His nearest competitor was almost a full second behind at 46.43 seconds.
