Carl Lewis, the former American sprint king who won 10 Olympic medals, in a recent interview with Sports Illustrated was quoted “When people ask me about Bolt, I say he could be the greatest athlete of all time”
He added, “But to run 10.03sec one year and 9.69 the next, if you don’t question that in a sport with the reputation it has right now, you’re a fool. Period”
Carl Lewis also dismissed Jamaica drugs-testing programme as “laughable”. The American said plenty of things in the interview but stop short of actually accusing Bolt of doping
