What if you’re an aspiring runner and you’ve no running track to train on

Bradley Sylve

Bradley Sylve

I’m sharing another online article I came across. Imagine you’re passionate about your sports, be it sprinting, throws or jumps, but you lack the facilities to begin with.

Do you quit or do you formulate other alternatives?

Well Bradley Sylve did just about that, he’s one of the fastest sophomore sprinters around in the United States and his school & community has no track. The nearest one is 40 miles away.

The 16 year old never stepped onto the track until its competition day itself, but humbly trained on the grassy mud patch of his school. His personal best are handtimed 100m 10.35s and 200m 21.53 by the way.

Quite an inspiring read for me personally and hopefully it will for you too. The article link is provided below.
