There are not many running movies out there. To name a few are ‘Chariots of Fire’ and one of my favorite is ‘Running Brave’. Running Brave is based on Billy Mills, the 1964 Olympic Tokyo 10,000m gold medalist, who was the shocked surprised winner. The Native American improved his timing by some 2 minutes and set a new Olympic record to boot then, and now watch his video interview as he brings you through the paces of that final magical lap back in 1964. Many considers his victory in 1964 to be the greatest upset in Olympic history. The video affirms that tools such as training logs, visualization and training smart works. Keep on dreaming fellow athletes! Reach for the stars.
