Hi to all the track and field mates out there! Locally and sportsman outside this island. Yes, the season has started, and we had our first competition last two weeks. I would love to hear respond from people out there how do you feel about your performance and stuff about training! So please do reply actively!

I personally have not been too well like the other bloggers here. I injured my elbow a month ago, and yes elbow injury is one of the most dreadful injury a javelin thrower can ever get. There are lots of problems in there, and no doctors could tell whats actually going on. Oh well.. My up coming competition is on njac, which is in 3weeks time. I hope everything will be alright by then. This is gonna be an exciting season, which some big major comps.
