May I ask- have you run any corporation before? Have you read the SAA’s Constitution? SAA has the Body without Soul. Where is the Vision, Mission and the Heart for Athletes? Look at other NSAs, they are producing result with Good Leadership. Don’t be too naive.

i hvn read what is above MISS Asmah but i dont think its necessary reading it.
It’s just boring news commenting abt the association or bla bla bla. All i know is that u people are lousy ! Lousy means lousy lah miss asmah. cannot blame anyone. too bad people like u are only that good in commenting abt others but dono what to do urself. i doubt ure an athlete.. u are just someone that wants to “act like she knows a lot”.. Asmah Asmah dont give so much comments or u will get an asthma ! haha

Mr Liew,

What happened to the inter-club competition? What happened to the inter-club relays? Do youngsters today even know these meets existed once? Do they know how exciting it was to compete in and watch these meets? Our latest casualty this year is the Singapore Open. What happened to the crowds and the excitement that used to surround these meets? All comers and Permit Meets with limited events on show and selected participants in front of sometimes empty stadiums are what most athletes have to be content with these days.

frankly speaking.. the association is doing all right. They have competitions for every age group. They send better athletes for overseas competition. What more do you people expect from them? As for why the athletes are not improving it actually depends on the athlete themselves. They are not committed enough.
