To add on to &#039;uncle SHA&#039; comments, you must have consistent traininig and a consistent routine.  And I cannot stress that enough.

this works for me and many other athletes here in australia who I have asked ....&#039;what is the one thing that attribute to your running performance&#039; and guess what .... &quot;consistent training&quot;
