Jeffrey Ng

It took me quite sometime to look around for him after his race. He’s a quiet guy from my view and only answers when questioned. But alas, I managed to get all the questions answered by this quiet guy from The Chinese High School. Jeffrey is coached by Mr Rameshon

  1. How do you usually prepare physically for a race

Jeffrey: I train once a day

  2. During the SWIFT cross country which you win, what was your goal

Jeffrey: Basically i was aiming for a personal best. I think i did 15.42 for the 4.8km

  3. How did you feel a couple of days before a race let’s say

    Jeffrey: Just normal

  4. At SWIFT cross country what was your take on the race

Jeffrey: I feel good, quite tired at the end but i endured

  5. Do you fear any one athlete in particular?

    Jeffrey: No one in mind

  6. What is next? Any more races?

Jeffrey: Hope to do well at National School Cross Country at Sentosa and National School Track & Field

Jeffrey went on to win the boys B Division in the National Schools Cross Country 2003 after this interview in the nearest of margin from Jurong Sec Chua Ee Ghim. Also his school Chinese High boys team won 1st overall
